A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Clark County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy controls its receipt and handling of the query.

If you email us or submit a contact form, we retain the message and contact details needed to review and answer it. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
